Session 3: The Stress-Sleep-Memory Connection. Strategies and resources to reduce stress and improve sleep to help prevent Dementia & Alzheimer’s Disease
Session 4: MIND Fitness. How to exercise the brain to boost memory and help prevent Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease

Can’t Attend Thursday at Noon? NO PROBLEM! Each session will be recorded and sent out to all participants to “attend” in the comfort of your own home.
